A two-minute habit
The concept is simple: every day, when you brush your teeth, do a workout.
How it started
It started with a question: what's the opposite of lying in my bed brushing my teeth? It felt like there was something better I could do with that time.
Since I'm still playing hockey, I figured I'd start with squats every time I brushed, to get a little faster on the ice. That grew into full-body workouts, a couple minutes at a time. And eventually it moved beyond the bathroom, to new locations everywhere, as I've taken the habit with me around the world.
